Refund & return policy

14 days, no questions asked

Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you'll get it back in full, even if you've already downloaded files. Just email nostalgiacreativeco@gmail.com from the email you paid with (or message @nostalgia.creative.co on Instagram) and tell us which purchase.

• Subscriptions: the 14 days apply to each payment, including renewals. A refunded subscription ends straight away.
• One-off purchases (passes, Founder): refundable within 14 days of buying.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes them.
• After a refund, the plan's commercial licence ends for files you haven't sold prints of yet.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or email us and we'll cancel it for you.

Returns

Our plans and files are digital, so there's nothing to send back. Physical prints bought from our Etsy shop follow that shop's return policy.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sell has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. This policy adds to those rights; it never takes them away.
